That’s my one concern with Moyes. Will he be building for long term or quick results? (That’s the issue with a lot of premier league managers who are rarely in place long term).

On a purely selfish level he’s guaranteed improved results with some of those you’ve mentioned but aren’t going to bump us up to the next level that we want long term

I’m not worried about the personally. I think Moyes will have his eye on being here beyond this first contract so makes sense for him to bring a mixture of young and old in this window.
