He's done I reckon Macca, I've never seen a top player so reliant on a single attribute, and that attribute is gone

That’s my one concern with Moyes. Will he be building for long term or quick results? (That’s the issue with a lot of premier league managers who are rarely in place long term).

On a purely selfish level he’s guaranteed improved results with some of those you’ve mentioned but aren’t going to bump us up to the next level that we want long term

And it's why any well run club doesn't let the manager get hands on with player recruitment.

Bargaining is the 3rd stage of grief. There's no need for it in this instance, we'll find a RB that has functional legs (someday).

“Link” is a euphemism for “nonsense speculation.”

It’s mostly content mills and clickbait sites connecting the laziest dots, like whether links have been made in the past, who has the manager worked with before, who’s available for cheap at the positions needed? And then they churn out 27 paragraphs and claim there’s “interest” or “awareness” or some nobody has “tipped” the club to sign the player, etc.

I don’t have any confidence in any of the supposed links and will not be surprised in the least to see the club signing players who haven’t been on the radar.

Just over 2 weeks for preseason...no sign of incomings so far, nor contract extensions...not sure moyes will be impressed by what he's seeing so far.

Normally concern at this stage could probably be filed under bedwetting but given the almighty task it’s concerning in my opinion.

Lots of corporate/non-playing hires etc but without sounding over critical this should have been done earlier on so come June 1st we were ready.

Walker should’ve retired when he lost out on a 70-30 race in his favour against Cucurella in the Euros final. Doubt there’s a more washed footballer currently out there, would be a disaster of a signing.

Signing Walker does nothing solve the RB issue we've had for nearly 10 years.

Why don't we signed RB we can leave in situ for the foreseeable as opposed to constantly signing stop gaps.

I've never ever known a club to neglect a position for so long like we have with the Right back position.
