NahAncelotti and Ferguson back in would suit a lot of fans, I'd be for it.

NahIf we had any chance of getting Eddie Howe - we should get him!
Could be in the minority here but I’d give Lampard another crack
Overall I find Moyes infuriorating: the no. of missed chances with tactics, transfers etc. vs Eddie Howe who's delivered Silverware and CL.Id sooner keep Moyes (I'm no Myes fan btw) than go for Howe, he is utterly woeful. Teams can't defend, suffer high injuries because he runs players into the ground like Dyche did. Wants way more control over stuff than the likes of Moyes do, you think Moyes can be a troublemaker when he wants, well Howe can be a seriously awkward customer at times. The main reason for a NO from me though, Howe wants his keeper to be able to play out from the back and be decent with their feet (that's not Pickford whatever anyone on here tries to claim) but if you look at his record with goalkeepers over the years its terrible, Pope, Ramsdale, Begovic its people like that, I wouldn't trust him in a million years to pick a keeper. Don't even get me started on the helmet he has next too him.
He spent a lot at Newcastle when first in... I think they've had their wings clipped since right? CL, Silverware... I'd take that if it's not a re-run of the Mosh/BK era. Not a huge squad there, Isak gone... Europe game load is a big part of the flaws above (which are all fair points, absolutely).Injury prone teams
Inconsistent form and major slumps
Look unorganised at the back
Newcastle fans say Isak papered over the cracks last season as the football wasn't great
Spent huge and are below us in the table
Winning cups is nice but with the budget he's had they should be looking to be a consistent top 4 squad especially as Man Utd, Spurs and Chelsea have been average the last couple of seasons.
Look at Emery at Villa with less resources that's what a manager of Newcastle should be doing
But he's a blue right. And his teams have a go against the bigger sides. Shame they don't against the lesser sides and drop points against them
Do you honestly think he'd improve us?
Interesting... He'd bring some talent with him. Ferguson would help buy some love. Wouldn't be dull.
Very fair!More concerned about the players we're bringing in, nevermind a manager.
He's spent huge on Elanga, Woltemade, Wissa, Thiaw in the summer and have regressed hugely. I have no idea what fans see in him to be honest. Playing players out of position as bad as Moyes does. Joelinton a beast in midfield playing left wide forward yesterday. Rat boy Gordon playing as a striker when he's a wide forward and Woltemade playing nearly as a centre midfielder shows Howe is cluelessHe spent a lot at Newcastle when first in... Ancelotti isn't the answer at all. And why bring Ferguson back? Have we missed his input or something?Interesting... He'd bring some talent with him. Ferguson would help buy some love. Wouldn't be dull.
A minority of 1Could be in the minority here but I’d give Lampard another crack
And the result of not even trying to do that is?We will get a new manager who may or may not do OK but ultimately we are not one of the accepted big clubs and therefore nothing really matters does it.
Might win a league cup or FA cup if the stars align one year, but TBH it’s a struggle to be arsed. Best case scenario - you get well managed for 5 years like Villa - get a few seasons in Europe, likely win nothing, can’t keep spending, lose best players and manager, and back to mid table or relegation scraps.
