Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

Glasner and Iraola have done superb jobs and I would have either one here. My only concern would be the team we have, it lacks a lot of what those 2 have now so they may struggle until we bring in different players. We would have to be patient with them
Think Glasner is more suitable for the players we have at the moment, highly doubt that in one window we could recruit the pace and intensity that Iraola would need.

Andoni's stock his high and I'd be surprised if he hasn't got a huge queue of suitors.

Sorta feel like an Everton type job is a logical step for him. Historically big club, more expectations than Bournemouth, and a rebuild job.

Football management isn't like other careers though, they often skip a step and go to the biggest offer in town. See Potter, Lampard, Gerrard, Arteta etc.

Get the impression this guy is for more astute than the middle two, but still, it wouldn't surprise me to see him somewhere with more pressure somewhere across europe.

I’m not sure to be honest - the likes of Tarks, Keano and Grealish aren’t natural fits for Iraola, but he’d be the making of Garner, Tim, Armstrong, KDH and Rohl.

Dibling and George would have real opportunities too, and even less heralded players like Beto, Barry and Jake would probably be more suited to how we play now.

We’d certainly need to bring some players in to make a whole side work, but feels doable - although maybe I’m overestimating the transfer committee!
