Succession Planning - Managerial Wishlist

No way do I want De Zerbi after the Greenwood and Marseille stint. He always seemed like a wrong 'un anyway.

Iraola is my number one choice and I'd be really disappointed at the ambition of the club if we don't pounce when managers like this are available and targets arguably haven't been met.
I don't think it's arguably depending on Sunday's results. Target was a top half finish and a cup run. If we fail both of those then we have a mandate to sack the manager

Was it?

I think the target of the club was a stable season and to not be involved in a relegation battle.

Unless the club has released a statement saying otherwise and ive missed it?

Story there saying Glasner has been offered a number of jobs abroad but would prefer to stay in the PL. I genuinely think the club is mad if we don't speak to him and Iraola, don't have to do anything but at least engage with them to get an idea. A well run club with a manager in his last year who splits opinion doesn't pass this chance up imo.

Bournemouth have the same points as last year with less wins? Brentford have less points, so have Brighton, We have more points and more wins but we have been a disaster? True we have messed up the last 6 but we are not far away I think with a few good signings?
Araola and Glasner would do no better than Moyes in my opinion, just as Koeman, Silva, Martinez and Carlo never.
Flavour of the month at the minute but we do not watch their teams every week, if we did we would see that they have as many bad games as we do, and if we had drawn 17 games like Bournemouth have we would be talking about boring football I am sure.
Moyes use of the young signings this season has been awful, this is just a fact but not having that the above mangers play wonderful football all the time and would improve us massively.

Agreed.

Couldn't agree more, mate. But just watch the club sit on their hands whilst the likes of Newcastle make their move.
