Genuinely crazy if we don't speak to both and keep with Moyes. Glasner's record is damn impressive and ironically Moyes ditching of the DOF role would most probably suit Glasner. In the last few years Glasner has won the Europa and the FA cup. The only manager we've had from Kendall onwards who could match or beat that at the time was Ancelotti and yes I'm including Koeman who never won a European trophy. Right now I think Glasner is the best candidate we could get. Iraola would also be a big upgrade on Moyes. At the very least we'd see some actual decent attacking football and a refusal to be intimidated by the sky 6!Story there saying Glasner has been offered a number of jobs abroad but would prefer to stay in the PL. I genuinely think the club is mad if we don't speak to him and Iraola, don't have to do anything but at least engage with them to get an idea. A well run club with a manager in his last year who splits opinion doesn't pass this chance up imo.
Glasner would do no better than Moyes, genuinely hilarious. The guy has overachieved at every club he's managed and won the Europa and FA cup. Moyes record is distinctly average. Koeman, Silva Martinez genuinely poor appointments with no track record of overachievement. Ancelotti was sold a pup by Moshiri and bailed. Pretty sure if he'd of stayed the same length of time as Moyes he'd have won a trophy. Moyes got 1.63PPG last season now he's on 1.32PPG this season. So he's gone backwards plus he's blown £100 million.Bournemouth have the same points as last year with less wins? Brentford have less points, so have Brighton, We have more points and more wins but we have been a disaster? True we have messed up the last 6 but we are not far away I think with a few good signings?
Araola and Glasner would do no better than Moyes in my opinion, just as Koeman, Silva, Martinez and Carlo never.
Flavour of the month at the minute but we do not watch their teams every week, if we did we would see that they have as many bad games as we do, and if we had drawn 17 games like Bournemouth have we would be talking about boring football I am sure.
Moyes use of the young signings this season has been awful, this is just a fact but not having that the above mangers play wonderful football all the time and would improve us massively.
Have you watched a Bournemouth match outside of when we played them , the draws were not boring affairs like whe we draw , one of their draws was a 4-4 match against united it was quite entertaining. The problem with bournemouth is that since they're so attacking they have some vulnerabilities in the back but theyve been able to achieve success while we linger in obscurity once againBournemouth have the same points as last year with less wins?
