As bad as Howard 2014-2016.
There's a difference between rating him and knowing that in all probability he won't play for us except in cup games and that's only if Silva rotates his keepers in that fashion.
Worse, much worse,As bad as Howard 2014-2016.
That third goal we conceded seemed to go right over him, was at the other end of the ground, should he have had it ?
I know Sandro made the original mistake.
For me I’d be looking at a young lower end championship / league one keeper who would be happy
Possibly true. Looking at the team sheet today he seems to be ahead of Hewlett anyway
We aren't good enough to have a quality back up. No good keeper will be willing to sit on our bench with little prospect of getting on the field. It is what it is.
Let's hope Virginia supplants him in time for the first league cup game then.LOL. No thank you.
One of the reasons I gave up on Everton ever doing anything right is this.
From day one he’s never looked capable enough, and more or less every shot at him goes through him. Seen it even more so this pre season
Yet we decide to give him a new one year deal? Baffles me. Who makes these decisions because they are quite simply horrendous.
Did you miss the news about the young, European Championship winning goalkeeper we signed yesterday?
Did you miss the point of the thread being about why we offered Stek a new deal?
It was absolutely pants. Check out my avatar for more info.
A few days before the window closes down...not sure if he is that good either bearing in mind he couldn’t make it at Arsenal...this signing smells of panic from EvertonCant be serious can you?
We literally signed a young keeper yesterday.
