Should Moyes be in charge for the last two games?

He should have gone in January, when he said he was going to wait till the end of the season to let us know.
After the analfield derby last year I lost all respect for him.

No. The second he agrees to join a rival he should be away from site on gardening leave. Standard practice.

And if my wife announced she wanted to leave/divorce me for another man. A "better" man then I'd not touch her rancid arse again if it was the last arse on earth. Plenty more fish in the sea. It's called self-respect.

Seriously......only Kenwright would permit this ludicrous situation to occur.

I have made up my mind not to be party to it.

If Moyes is announced as United manager tomorrow but is still in charge at Goodison on Sunday, as SSN are reporting Kenwright to have said tonight, I am not going on Sunday.

As you say, Dell, we need to show a bit of self respect.

Moyes should defiantly coach out the last two games, he's done so much for our club and shouldn't be pushed out the door just because he's taking on another challenge, he hasn't done us wrong or screwed us over i'd be very disappointed if he didn't.

"Coach out"? Have you been a soccer fan for long?

No I'm saying this particular issue is down to Moyes and not let it be side-tracked with the Kenwright saga.

But these next few weeks for Kenwright are very important. Presenting Everton in the right way and choosing the right man are ttasks within his control. Its one of the few big challenges that are down to him alone.

Whilst I agree with what you say about it shouldn't be "side-tracked" into becoming a Kenwright issue, I now feel Kenwright is becoming a major part of this developing farce.

It seems the man has no shame when it comes to Moyes and how the heck he can even consider allowing him to take charge of the team in this next couple games is beyond me.

If nothing else, let's see what Kevin Sheedy or Stubbsie have about them for a couple of largely meaningles games.

This just goes from bad to worse.

If Kenwright allows Sunday to be one big Moyes farewell theatre performance then I would be very p*ssed off. I too would have nothing to do with that match.

"pushed out the door"

FFS he is running through the door as fast as he can get outta Dodge.....I have definitely woken up in Bizarro World.

The fact that as late as 2pm Wednesday afternoon - after HOURS of media coverage that Moyes was the man United wanted, not to mention every single news source going reporting it - that Kenwright supposedly 'had no idea United wanted him' simply illustrates in a nutshell how utterly clueless and out of touch the man is. The manner in which he let Moyes run his contract down, and when pressed several weeks ago, claimed he had every confidence Moyes was staying.

No, I understand where you are coming from re-Kenwright. But I'm afraid he is intrinsically linked to Moyes departure, it is impossible to spearate the two, and his actions as late as yesterday afternoon would suggest only bad times are ahead. Do you trust this man to find another gem like Moyes and make the right managerial decision?

Because I sure as hell don't. I fear for us hugely.

I think if he's announced tomorrow then by Sunday, when the shock/sadness has started to wear off there'll be less of a celebration of Moyes by the fans at the match...especially if the result goes against us.
This will not only be embarrassing for the club it will also be a sad end to what was generally a good 11 years
Would rather he left on a good note instead of a charade

I actually don't think Moyes would want to be there on Sunday if he'd already agreed to join United. Moyes is a football man and knows it is just not the done thing. Never has been. Never will be.

Yes, what kind of an atmosphere would there be?

It would be a farce.

At least with a Caretaker boss in situ there would be someone trying to gee the team up to earn kudos for himeslf and we would see a proper game.

This will be a pantomime.

The worst thing that could happen would be to have this all unsettled at the game on Sunday. One way or another, we all need to know where we stand before the next competitive match. I'm confident that Moyes is aware of this, in spite of Bill's absurd comments. But I would be far less aggrieved if he was unveiled at OT tomorrow and was done with us then and there, as opposed to dragging it on even further than it has already been dragged.

With BK on the pitch doing a thank you speech !
Messy.

He's going to come out bladdered and start crying. I'm now in favour of letting this go ahead.
