Yeah sold Johnson for a profit and could sell fell for £10 million plus profit only flop was Beattie. He has to sell to buy and even then does not always get to keep the funds raised. Are you saying kenwright has backed moyes in the market.people also seem to forget that DM has broken our transfer record twice(maybe 3 was AJ a record too) too. not bad for a man who's never had any dollar to spend.
Change is good, but not just for changes sake.
I like Moyes, and hope he doesn't leave.
I'd love the board to be cleared out though, I really can't see any good they are doing. Pure caretakers with no forward vision.
Don't you think our best starting eleven should make us a top 4 team though mate, irrespective of how much money is available? It's a great team on paper.

It still could happen, we only had a few months with Jelavic and Pienaar and were looking a top 4 side, imagine a whole season?
mate if we could play your first 11 every possibly, but that is impossible it's a squad game, with injuries, suspensions etc etc. without financial backing from the board, I think we are aking for the impossible from moyes.
I think this is a valid point all the players speak very highly of moyes which surely suggests something.I'd love to see the anti Moyes brigade become quiet if he did go, when the likes of Fellaini, Baines, Heightinga all depart and we appoint some relatively unknown manager from the lower leagues as his replacement.
Moyes, for all his faults, and I agree he does have a few, gets the club performing consistently above where our finances dictate we should finish.
All these "so called" better managers at big clubs have tons of money to throw around. Alex Ferguson would struggle to do the job Moyes has done if he was at Everton. Shame a few of you can't seem to get that in to your heads.
I'm assuming a few of you are younger and didn't live through the 90's when we had so many scrapes with relegation and the football was even more dire to watch with the likes of Walter Smith at the helm. Then we had Roy Walker who took over after having taken Norwich in to Europe and almost got us relegated playing attractive football.
I'm not saying it's impossible to find a manager who could get us playing better football and achieve the same level of success but if you look at club finances\league positions over the years it proves that Moyes outperforms nearly all managers in relation to how much money he has to spend.
I've never seen one of you suggest a viable alternative manager who would be likely to come to the club either. It's easy to say there are great young managers out there, there's bound to be, same as there's great young strikers that don't cost too much, just it's a lot easier to say there are than it is to actually find them and I'm assuming you anti Moyes\Kenwright fans are going to put your trust in Kenwright to pull another rabbit out of the hat?
If he does go, expect there to be a huge exodus from our team. Wether you like Moyes or not the players do and I think we'll see a lot of players leave if he does take the Spurs job.
I'd be careful what you wish for.
I'm all for giving young managers a chance, we wouldn't have got DM in the first place if BK hadn't taken a gamble on him so why not try a fresh face again???
The problem on here is most of you DM lovers keep mentioning the likes of coyle, martinez etc when in reality there is a whole world of managers to choose from some maybe not even known to us a la Wenger that is not too say nobody cannot do the job. Someone like solskjaer for instance. Laudrup has just gone to swansea these managers are out there just need to be given an opportunity.

Im not being funny mate genuinely seeking your opinion, would you be happy if Davey was let go this week and by the end of next Laudrup or Solskjaer was the manager.
