Can't believe how many of our "fans" have turned on this young player without him getting a proper chance. He was great in a poor Malaga team last year and is a better footballer than niasse. I reckon he will click when we get bolasie back in the team and start getting crosses into the box which is how he scored majority of his goals in la liga.

Yeah but common sense is lost on some people. They would rather we write the lad off, and bring in some donkey like Andy Carroll instead.lol

How did he play yesterday?
He came across as battling, but a little disinterested too in my eyes at times.

I thought he would play closer to DCL to make the most of his flick ons, which he did in spurts - but was often found miles off just watching play happen. I guess this could be due to wanting to use him as an outlet on thr counter but it didn't come off.

Don't think he was disinterested at all, he just couldn't get in the game and his touch was abysmal

Fair play. I didn't mean his overall game was disinterested, just in certain moments I felt he looked as though he couldn't be bothered moving and just watched play happen - but that could be due to the instructions tbh

He’s not given Mirallas or Klaassen a minute in the league. He’s barely played Niasse since Anfield. Yet he picks Sandro for the bench. He must be showing something.
