The premise on which British justice is founded is that you are innocent until proven guilty and that you are entitled to the best defence possible. If you accept this then you must realise how infantile your assertion is.

It wasn't brought in it is a tennent of that much valted thing "British justice". Think about it if the system doesn't allow you proper representation then it can't be just. It goes without saying the best representation has to be within the confines of the law.v

How is London represented by denigrating the leader of our greatest ally, while the same fool of a Mayor said not a word when Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan visited London. A man who has jailed an estimated 50,000 political dissidents, has an appalling attitude to gay rights and has also jailed a couple of hundred journalists.

Khan didn’t organise the balloon, so any equivalence with Erdogan has nothing to do with him. Albeit there were protests against Erdogan in London that we’re granted permission, just no balloon.....

In allowing this balloon to fly, he’s done so as he can see no reason why this doesn’t just simply constitute free speech. A principle which Trump and his followers are supposedly massive advocates of. Personally I think it’s a bit childish, but then so is Trump, so it’s probably rather apt. I find it hilarious that the far right “Free Tommy” and people like yourself are getting so upset by this.

Not sure what all the fuss is about the London mayor position, apart from being the capital, the position of London Mayor is just figurehead compared to the proceeding Mayoral positions. Andy Burnham position is far influential to its electorate!

Khan could have stopped it but didn't, so we can assume that he is in favour. I find Tommy Robinson a despicable character but its a pity that you don't equate his freedom of speech with your own. The whole balloon thing is childish and the insult to a visiting head of state is immature but sadly, not surprising.
