sky sports have just confirmed it, he's been granted a work permit. surely the personal terms have been sorted, it's seems silly to go through all this to get knocked back by the player.

Banega apparently wants to come to us. I cant see the club going to the trouble of seeking a work permit if a deal was'nt all but done.
