Except for some mad reason we refuse to play to his strengths. Just HOOF HOOF, don't pass to him when he makes a good run, HOOF HOOF, run out wide, HOOF HOOF.
Play a fecking through ball once in a while. There was a moment when (I think the scores were level, or it was 0-1) and he made a great run but no one played the pass. He slots when he's in those positions, but he needs the ball to slot ffs.

Owned comfortably by almost the worst Soton side I can remember. What a difference a confident striker for us would have made in that game.
If we are still in a similar state of play in 3-4 years then I maybe start calling for his head. Thing is he is still a newbie and introducing his style and his way and will be for several years. He hits his first bump in the road and people are calling him useless and more laughable some are calling for his head. Just glad the chairman ignored the fans in 1983-84 when they almost had Kendalls head in the noose.

My biggest concern is that everybody can see what is wrong and yet martinez does not address the problems.
