Roberto Martinez discussion

I read the match thread straight after the final whistle I thought it was actually a joke that people were moaning, now reading some in here going on about the performance.

Genuinely don't know why anyone isn't happy tonight.

I think people are underestimating the wind. It was noticeable in the first half that they were able to measure passes much better than us because they had the wind in their favour. When they were right on top nearing half time I thought if we could get in 0-0 we'd have a good chance 2nd half and so it proved. Roberto doesn't have to do much for the rest of the season now. The team pretty much picks itself, he just needs to make sure Mirallas plays on the left at home instead of Cleverly who is tidy but offers no penetration and we should finish the season strongly.

For all the criticism, Roberto manages to attract - and yes, some he has merited - his Win-Loss record is much better than the Ginger One. Certainly we take the game to the opposition a lot more than the old "1 up and try to hang on" Master Tactician (those tactics didn't exactly serve him well at Old Trafford). At least we aren't frightened to take teams on..

You want Mark Hughes to be our Manager.

So to be honest mate, how much do you want for YOUR ticket.
Ha ha it's not me slating the current manager after putting us 1 game from Wembley. So clearly and to be consistent it would be wrong for you to support if we do get there...but of course you will be there - just easy on here to make negative comments. I guess if we won it you would still find a way of finding a how lucky we were etc.
