Whatever way you view it the facts stand that Moyes nearly relegated us for the first time in 50 odd years with our worst points record for more than 40 years...even Walter Smith - quite easily the biggest abomination to ever darken the dugout - put 43 points on the board. Moyes really should have been sacked after that season but was given the benefit of the doubt...something for the lynch mob to bear in mind now perhaps.
Just to be clear, are you now going to pretend that 2004 was a comparable situation to 1994 or 1998?

Lose badly tomorrow (sloppy and naive defending) and I might just be done with him. Have always supported him, but there is a point where he has to start showing that he is a winner. He's put together a great squad; he knows how much a cup run means to the fans; and we're playing a newly promoted side. Time to step up Roberto.

DELUSION starring Kanye West and Tommy Wiseau and Directed by El Coco Von Clownicus hitting the number one spot in Theaters according to Variety.

No. But that a) doesn't make it any less of a horrendous season, or b ) detract from the fact that Moyes had Everton picking up their worst final placings total for 44 years.

LOL

Wish I had a job where I could spend most of the day posting in the Roberto Martinez thread regurgitating the same points over and over again.

Actually come to think of it, no I don't.
