I think we sat back too much and tried to force that final ball too much on the counter when perhaps it wasn't on and we should have built an attack in that second half.

I've always thought I'd make a brilliant manager.
Got my level two coaching certificate and took an U12s team to a cup victory last year.

I think this level of wonderment is premature. Sides in mid-table are going to outclass the teams at the bottom, and they themselves will be outclassed by the teams at the top. Our performances so far this season are indicating a mid-table finish, which is what is expected of us. The teams at the bottom are being outclassed by everyone.

compared to our last manager though mate? The one who gave reading their first league win and almost qpr a week or so before simply because he showed them respect?

last year martinez looked like a manager who had one lucky season. poor tactics, not having a clue when things went wrong etc all with some great players to pick from.At least this year we are getting the likes of villa and turning them over with ease, fighting in games like West brom, the league cup etc, and we seem to be playing to player strengths which is all a massive difference to last year.
