PaddyPower have stopped taking bets on Owen going to Man United.

I'm sure people have mentioned this already on here, but I'm far too hot to look for it.

If that happens I will laugh and laugh and laugh.

don't think he'll go to man u, he needs to be playing every week

Spot on mate.

WC 2010 is his last chance to play for England in a tournament, everyone knows he loves playing for England.

He wouldn't go to United to sit on the bench most weeks.

there reading emails from utd fans on sky sports news and most of them are happy that he might be going to them, its so funny there swapping tevez and ronaldo for owen

He wont be going to Manchester United, no way. However, according to some bookie on Radio Five this afternoon, Owen was 20/1 to join United this morning into 4/9 odds on favourites this afternoon. Everton are 7/2 with Stoke and Hull following us at 20/1 bar, dont know where Villa have gone in the running. If it is true that United want him, then i would not be surprised, i mean they signed Henrik Larsson a few years back when many felt he was on the scrapheap.

Michael Owen

Evening Toffees

Michael Owen odds on to sign for United SSN today

Although he been over to the dark side I personally would welcome him if he can stay fit give him the ball he will score goals

Wasnt he an Everton fan as a kid

Anyway some of the 'top reds ' on the United sites are already kicking off about it

Thoughts

Cheers Mate

The poll seems pretty 50/50

Must say I always found it hard to dislike owen even in a liverpool shirt

Could be a master coup by fergie of sheringham proportions

How old is he now ( Owen not Fergie !)

He is 29, he was an Everton fan "all Liverpool's best players where" and he wont be joining Man United. I know Rooney, an Everton fan, an Everton player joined your team, but an Everton fan, once playing for Liverpool joining Man United is unthinkable. Whoever gets hold of him, will be a great move. He will always score goals.
