New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I wonder if the club will decide to release more season tickets next season? Clearly, they can't sell them on a match-by-match basis, so they'd be better off having more season ticket holders so even if they don't turn up for some of the games, the club still gets the money. I know there's a maximum clubs are allowed to issue, but I'm not sure if we've got to that point. The usual thinking is that the one-off fan spends more money at the ground, but if you're not getting many one-off fans, it's a loss not a gain.

I mean, if they're claiming there was over 50,000 at the Bournemouth game, then they're clearing counting all the empty season-ticket seats.
Not sure how many ST's there actually are at present but AFAIA the PL caps it at 80% of capacity.

Transfer of tickets reportedly to get more difficult directed by the Premier Lge added with extortionate ticket prices is causing mayhem with many ST holders at Man City, giving up their tickets and not renewing. Last 3 games have seen thousands of empty seats.

The only thing I can see personally is this from the PL, basically saying that the phasing in of digital ticketing should be complete by next season. Not sure it will make any difference to us.

I absolutely love the stadium. It's incredible. For 90 minutes, the best football ground I've ever been in. I've been in them all, apart from Palace, Brighton, Burnley and Wolves.

The infrastructure around it, and management including ticketing - woeful.

In 10 years, at least we know the first will be sorted. It's just a real kicker generations of fans have been, and will continue to be forced out because of logistical failings.
100%.

I didn't sit down once in about 15 years in the all seated Lower Gwladys and neither did anyone around us. In the Lower South safe standing with roughly the same viewpoint theres loads sitting down, crying that they can't see and asking people not to swear. Its horrible.

Anyone sitting down in a safe standing area and complaining they can’t see need to get moved to a different stand.

Google - Man City ticketing transfer news. Manchester Evening News. Hundreds not renewing ST's and 1000' of empty seats last 3 games. Premier lge going to make it more difficult to transfer tickets. Utd have a limit in place already.
