they have been haven't they? a game earlier this season a black helicopter landed near the ground and the people were taken straight to the ground in a black van. They have their own box at the ground.

Pretty certain Benj tweeted that they were in the house

The helicopter had Christopher Sarofim on it.

But again, how does it tangibly matter (which is all that should matter to a football club).
I think there is something to be said about being on the ground from time to time. Remote management can work but you get so much more out of coming to visit every once in a while.

I'm not impressed by the overall direction they are taking us. Not enough urgency to get better and not enough action so far.

Mosh was pretty urgent in his desire to improve. Nearly ruined us.

Personally think its still to soon to have proper opinion on them, most quantifiable ‘business metrics’ indicate they are doing pretty well, finances stabilized, revenues up etc etc, however most fans cba with any of that and just want tangible improvement where it actually counts - on the pitch. In that dept not much has changed yet unfortunately. Marginally better points / league position, but nothing that counts for anything at the end of the season bar a few mill on prize money, arguable some improvements to the playing squad, younger ave age (i think) some high value youth prospects (neither of whom have done anything of note yet)……

Maybe the bit on the pitch will be a consequence of improvements to the other stuff and we need patience, or maybe it will transpire that the stadium and revenues it and EPL bring are all they are really interested in and they’ll happy sit in mid table counting the cash 🤷🏻‍♂️

You've always come across as someone who will never ever be pleased by a club's owners though to be fair.

Until we have a decent team then probably not no. There are other similar level clubs who have been doing much better than us.
They've only been here one year , what were your honest expectations for new owners in the span of a single year? There's definitely space for progress but we already shed the relegation threatened status of past seasons
