We are amongst the least patient group of fans out there. Dibling is written off after a hand full of games, Aznou was until he came on and ran about and Röhl getting pelters. Garner was written off initially as was iroegbunam - we need to allow players, teams and the leadership the time to show what they can do - very rarely happens overnight
The only way that happens is if we win something or become regular European team imo
Our trophy starvation is a big part of the impatience

Given the BS we’ve had to put up with from our past three majority shareholders fans can sense certain “red flags” early.

Combine that with what we now know about hedge fund American owners there is a serious reasons to be worried about these new owners of ours.

Not worried in a sense they’re going to financially ruin us but that they’re not really here to win… investment security is their only concern.

I agree
There has been a lot of optimism about TFG that imo they've done nothing to deserve. I know it may seem unrelated but another red flag is they donated to Trump, which has a grifty, money above everything feeling to it.

I doubt they even watch us.

our fans are desperate for hope I can’t blame them… it’s been grim but there’s far too many red flags about these Yanks to ignore.

I was so fed up of Kenwrights reign of terror I baldy wanted to believe in Moshiri.

Looking back the fact he kept Kenwright involved after that first summer was the biggest red flag you’ll have ever seen and I chose to ignore it.

Never again.

I wouldn't be surprised if Moshiri thinks that himself now. I'll say one thing for him, he seemed to genuinely want it to work and spent recklessy at times, but no Mosh, no BMD

I’m not that bothered by that (despite how much I hate Trump). But the way things work in America, most wealthy individuals/families/businesses donate to both republicans and democrats as they will donate to basically any elected official in their state who can influence what they want, regardless of political stance.

Has Dan Friedkin been to an Everton game yet? Has he even visited Liverpool?

Nope he hasn’t.

According to AI this is his AS Roma attendance record.

• August 14, 2021: Roma vs. Raja Casablanca (friendly) – His first match with fans present after the takeover.

• September 2021: At least one early-season Serie A or Conference League game (e.g., during Roma’s perfect start under José Mourinho, where he was publicly acknowledged by fans).

• May 25, 2022: Europa Conference League final (Roma vs. Feyenoord) – He attended Roma’s victory in Tirana.

• January 2024: Roma vs. Hellas Verona at the Olimpico.

• September 2024: At least one Serie A match (his last reported attendance before a noted absence through late 2024).

Might have a bird over there

Accepting that they so have to show that they can deliver success, or at least try to, and accepting that will take longer than they have been in place, they have done a fair bit already: sorted the debt, pumped equity in, didn’t sell Branthwaite, stumped up for transfers, built a large executive, kept Goodison. Tells me they want to set up for success.

On the down side; dividend to shareholders, stadium pricing and not showing up.

On balance, I see that they do mean business but I do think they want to achieve by building sustainably rather than doing a moshiri and buying anything that moves

Every owner is getting held accountable from day 1 by me after Moshiri nearly sending us to the wall. Actions instead of words are needed, the first year of their stewardship has been lacklustre and underwhelming in my opinion. I don’t rate any of the people they’ve brought in behind the scenes on the performance I’ve seen from them so far.

Yea they've done bits but I think it will be about stability and likely profit. They've no love for Everton and it surprises me when people say things like 'TFG won't put up with this'. They might be delighted with the stability Moyes has clearly brought already
