It's a point made by davek often, so it's obviously nonsense.
Feels like Kenwright nostalgia.
I would love it if a Friedkin rep had been to every home and away game this year just no one had noticed.

What difference does this tangibly make to them being our owners? Are we just feeling insecure and not loved enough or something?
He's now lost my support.half an half scarf
I’ll happily admit yes, I am insecure about the thought that the football club’s owners don’t care about the football club.
I think most are just a little bit annoyed because they have visited their other team quite a bit. The advantage that the other team has is that they happen to be situated in Rome, one of the most beautiful and desirable cities in the world. Visiting Rome a few times a year is, unfortunately, a lot more sexy as a business trip than getting battered by rain in North West EnglandSo if they visit the stadium once, they care, if they don't, they don't care? Interesting. I haven't been to the new stadium yet, maybe I don't care either.
I don’t think it’s crazy to expect owners, who have put up hundreds of millions of pounds to turn up to a game occasionally. So if they visit the stadium once, they care, if they don't, they don't care? Interesting. I haven't been to the new stadium yet, maybe I don't care either.
FTFYEveryone knows that you can only get your top targets in the second half of the 31st August.
Seems like a bit of a hit piece on TFG that by the Echo.
I'd like some sort of statement laying out some sort of plan for the club, or at the very least some indication as to what their ambitions are for the club in the medium term. So far we just have bland platitudes like "we have big ambitions for the club" or "onwards and upwards". I suspect we haven't had one because the summit of their ambitions is staying in the league and sweating the asset (the stadium mainly) and that wouldn't go over too well if they said that out loud. But who knows? They're basically a mystery. If the Freidkins went on Talksport and said "howdy Jim!" Would that make it up? Cos that seems to be how they're being judged right now.
My vote has been "unsure" since they arrived but this summer will make me get off the fence one way or the other. They really haven't impressed up to this point, however.I think i will be changing my vote on this one if Moyes is still in charge at the start of next season.
