Anybody with an ounce of artistic/creative talent can see how bad these designs are.
1. Looks like the badge from lTe 80's early 90's, far too cramped and out of proportion.
2. Has defo been robbed from a blag Everton birthday card usually found in greaty market.
3. Is so PES 2006 it's unreal.
the guy on twitter that kept posting designs to Alan Myers had something like 60 odd designs. When you produce that many you'll get an absolute cracker out of ten designs. The other 9 show the process of how you got to the piece you wanted. In the case of these new designs they've scratched their heads to come up with 3 and left it at that. Not good enough. Won't be voting.

So they have now payed a bunch of what i can only assume are schoolkids to copy and paste parts of the new and old badges together (even though the elements on them were designed seperately and don't mix) and put them together.
The tower was fatter on the new one because of the shape of the shield... putting the old tower with the new sheild shape makes the tower too thin and looks worse.
The club should have just done what every other club has done and stuck with the change and understand that football fans are naturally against change and will come round with time... but i guess our image reach doesn't matter to fans

It lists the consultation results. 84% voted for the 1991 (60%) & 1938 (24%) crests as their favourite Everton crest.
All these people going on about 'bring back the 2000-2013 one' - 84% of 20000 people didn't vote for it!
The 'Three most important things on the crest' results, in order: Tower, Motto, NAME.
That is why EVERTON is on the crests. People voted it as something they consider important.
At the end of the day, this is democracy in action; you may not like it or aspects of it, but people are getting exactly what they voted for.

When you see it against a blue background, it looks great. We should especially make sure to put on the reversed white version of it against a white background at all times though i.e on the side of the main stand

I'm all for #1 now...it looks like a bomb falling through the clouds and that's pyar 'Merica.
That's because we had to vote for 3 important things. The reversed #1 isn't too bad, even with the name and 1878 looking totally out of place. Bit of a let down though. I've seen way better designs posted on this website
