2025/26 Nathan Patterson

I understand the clamour for Patterson given everyone is sick to death of JOB at right back, but hopefully today will remind people that he's just not the required standard, as much as we'd love him to be.

Three successive managers have overlooked him now and they can't all have agendas against him.

Did he do anything today to make me think otherwise? Not really, he just did the bare minimum in terms of putting a shift in.
He’s similarly effective as JOB at right back but gives the team more balance. I’d go with that ahead of the alternative we have had

He was okay. I wish he’d run forward with more aggression and intensity, but compared to Mykelenko on the other side it’s like watching Kyle Walker in his heyday.
He might do if Dibling looked remotely arsed ...

At one point you could see he was looking to play a give and go and Dibling just stood still resulting in him stopping and playing it back into the midfield
