Hello everyone,

I was reading this forum since Mume signed for Everton. I'm a Ferencváros fan so if You have any questions or doubts about him feel free to ask :-)
I watch soccer for 20 years now and till now I had only 1 player who I was amazed of: Roberto Carlos. But from the day Mume first walked out on the pitch football got a different meaning for me. He's got a temper I can't argue with it, but he's young so that will chill. His weakness is his shooting technique and head game. But his dribbles and tackles are fantastic and honestly I haven't seen anyone in my life who can see the game at the pitch this clearly. It's like he's reading the opponents' mind. He's very tough but the red cards at the Hungarian League someone mentioned here earlier were not all his fault: the referees here see the game differently as in the PL, they give cards very easily (average 6-8 yellows min. per game).

I won't write here often because it's Your fan forum but it's very pleasing to read that Everton fans like him already. And a little gossip about him: when he was 16 his father didn't understand why he wants to be a football player why not choose a normal job. He answered that he don't just want to be a player, he will be the best player in the world otherwise what's the point? That's why he works his ass of every day and he will achieve it. He told his father that he's not joking... :-)

The lad's so good he'll probably pick up an injury in Germany and miss the first few months of the season.....

If this lad couldnt get in his last teams midfield ( apparently played centre half last season ) then maybe we should be looking at buying some more players from them ? cos he looks a class act ! a tenacious bugga ! with silky skills !

He didn't play in the midfield because he needs partners for that kind of play: technically skilled and fast partners (like Pjanic in the Bosnian team) and we have none of them in our team. That's why he played centre half most of the time.

Thanks for the info..he looks the type of player that Everton fans take to easily...plenty of heart, energy and ability to go with it. If he continues the way he's started then he'll be adored by us blues...a performance against Liverpool and he'll be worshipped:)

Whatever position he plays he,ll be in the team more often than he is out of it.Two half games and already the fans
can,t wait to see him again. He will do me.

£4M for this feller.

What's the catch?

Everything we've seen in the WC and for Everton suggests he should be valued far, far higher than that. Unless other clubs think he's a massive disciplinary liability I just dont understand this price.
