Moyes or Glasner?

Who would you prefer as Everton manager this month?

In the absence of a Wolfsburg or Eintracht Frankfurt fan, or anyone who has a clue of Bundesliga - he's an assessment of his time there according to our new AI overlords;

When Weghorst can hit 45 goals you know your backs against the wall..

I like Glasner, done very well.
Doesn't stick around..

….its just guesswork on my behalf but i get the impression Moyes is happy to see out his current contract and will not be looking to continue. If that’s the case, the Owners won’t be looking for change anytime soon.
That’s just madness, he’s says in his presser his has the last say on transfers are the owners going to let him spend 100/150 mil in the summer and then walk away in 12 months.

In 15 years, we haven’t adapted to any change of formation away from 451. I can’t see the club adapting to 3 at the back.
The ‘purpose’ of a DoF is to pick players and managers who can play a system.
Going for Glasner means we are starting again across the club and have to find a like for like when he goes. Given 3 at the back is still pretty niche in England then it probably wouldn’t be a sensible move for anyone.

Ironic thing is mate we have 3 CBs now and no (IMO) worthwhile full backs.

Oh, me too, Palace fans have had the best 10 months or so of their football-supporting lives.

Fans might applaud Glasner for speaking out like he did yesterday, but it makes his position untenable. Ok, maybe he felt empowered to do that because he knows he's leaving but I would now, as a prospective employer, go nowhere near him.

Just heard a palace fan saying he's had talks with the chairman today.
I mean im not that interested in palace but he(the palace fan) also made a great point about how do you think the 7 players on the bench felt when glasner said in his rant he had no bench. They're gona wana run through brick walls for him then lol.

Lampard and Dyche weren't.

Imagine Glasner won an FA Cup here, he'd get a statue.

He had a good squad at palace. He walked into a good one. Very different scenario. If he had that sort of quality here he'd hear about it on a 10 game no win run.
The flip side to that is he did improve them as a team. So patience is probably the answer there.

They had their own version of Moyes in Woy Hodgson
