Left Wolfsburg, disagreement over players

Left Frankfurt, disagreement over players

Leaving Palace, disagreement over players

He's on record as saying he prefers to work with a smaller squad. What was he expecting at palace? Also i noticed he has ran that squad into the ground this year with Europe. He tended to start the same players in both the league and long away trips in Europe. Has that caught up with them?
Interesting about left the two bundesliga clubs for the same reason.
I think he's a decent manager but he looks like he doesnt stick around if he doesnt get his own way.

moyes

assess in summer if ready to kick on with someone new, but for now moyes is doing a great job

it isnt perfect, and there are frustrations there in the obrien rb persistance, the handling of aznou and dibling, but the side is vastly improved and we have a good chance of europe

Moyes has had a 3 game winless run with all our best players missing and there are calls for him to go.

We need to improve the squad a lot further before any manager has a chance of winning a trophy here.
I think Glasner has been really good, and is probably the better manager long term.....but you have a good point there.

And thats why I think we will have an answer to it by the end of the season, barring injury problems. Because if Moyes truly is a manager that can consistently get these results, he will do so once Ndiaye, KDH, Gana, and Branthwaite come back. If he does, he stays next year, if he doesnt, he goes, and that seems fair to me.

After 5 years of fearing relegation I am quite enjoying this season even if there has been ups and downs so I hope we keep Moyes and he goes from strength to strength

Moyes does the same though.

To me this feels like a slightly ambitious Moyes that plays 3-5-2 to be hired, which I don't know how to feel about. I don't think it's fair to say he's leaving Palace due to 'disagreement over players', considering his players were sold from under him and the investment back wasn't really on time or likely what was needed. We tend to let managers work however they want (which is a shame as we've also given that power to the FSW, etc.).

We need a better recruitment department before we need a new manager. Then get a manager that won't just stop any incoming player for arbitrary reasons. People might not like it but developing young players is the way to go right now, not to buy 30 year old experienced players. Even the rich boys are buying potential nowadays.

Does that explain why rumour mongers come out about some of our young players.
