One model is honest about what they are and one model isn’t.With Brighton and Brentford it seems to be baked in. Basically unstealable.
Anyway, their models are to buy and then sell. Everton is a bit different in that it will resist selling young players that lift the standard if the can avoid it. It’s a different business model.
This to me is the problem, I personally don’t believe Moyes WILL change his home strategy…. Maybe he feels he doesn’t have the players. I don’t know but it goes to my feeling he has a clear ceiling.I have no issues with Moyes.
Yes he balls up yesterday with his sub straight after Bournemouth scored but he can't physically take those chances missed by Barry.
What he has to do is re access his home formation. We don't need 4 defenders and 2 sitting midfielders. I've been saying this for decades. Our home should be a place we attack teams.
It's is one of the key reasons we have struggled at home because the fans know it's the same set up, same players and same results.
That is the ONLY change we need.
Iraola without his recruitment team is pointless.
So you do have an issue then?I have no issues with Moyes.

We could be a really good side playing a 3-4-3. It’s an extremely flexibly system suited to both controlling games and winning games by being hard to beat and dangerous in transition. The right manager implementing it correctly with the required patience could take us a long way.Neither.
Everton like United don’t suit 3 at the back.
The question is, do you want to be a feeder club ?One model is honest about what they are and one model isn’t.
Want has nothing to do with itThe question is, do you want to be a feeder club ?
And if he WONT make that change???I have no issues with Moyes.

A back three with OBrien, Branthwaite and Tarks with speedy wingbacks sound pretty frikking tasty right now...might also allow our wingers to play without being so isolated.Neither.
