Moyes or Glasner?

Mate, your spinning my head round in circles now..

Do you want that approach ?
There’s no avoiding that approach. Everyone is feeding someone. Everton will never exist in a world where someone else can’t buy our players. We accept that and build the club up knowing we will always be buying and selling or we go nowhere.

They might need to change manager

No, i'm really not sure you understand the differences between how clubs are run.

I've tried explaining it too many times, but it just falls on death ears.

You want that approach, you've got a seriously long wait to become just a mainstay club. A stepping stone..

If you're happy with that, who's the one accepting no ambition..

Why are death ears? Asking for a friend

Everton can win the title and also sell players when appropriate. I’d actually argue that it’s probably closer to a requirement.

Do we want to swap our manager for a manger with a compariable team doing a lot worse than us?
We are currently 8th. I’m not sure any manager will guarantee us a better position unless we have serious money to spend. If we had serious money to spend I think I’d like to give Moyes first shot at spending it…

A comparable team that won a trophy and should be playing europa league football?

But sure let’s just him on the 6 months where he had his best players sold and is on his way out the door. Aka the exact situation we had here after we messed Carlo around.

Yeah but that is a totally different approach to there's, of course we have to sell.
But our aim doesn't have to be "buy to sell"
We should be investing in our future, not always investing on a 5yr contract knowing in 2 - 3yrs you need to be moving him on.

To be a Bournemouth, Brighton, Brentford, you have to rip us up, replace everything/person and start from scratch, whilst also having an owner fully invested in the project.

It's a massive change of infrastructure and that's why it's been able to be achieved by clubs that have spent there past in the lower leagues.

Brighton and brentford both have local owners that already have affiliation with their clubs and both built their worth from Betting/Data/Analytics..
