Moyes or Glasner?

Who would you prefer as Everton manager this month?

I have no issues with Moyes.

Yes he balls up yesterday with his sub straight after Bournemouth scored but he can't physically take those chances missed by Barry.

What he has to do is re access his home formation. We don't need 4 defenders and 2 sitting midfielders. I've been saying this for decades. Our home should be a place we attack teams.

It's is one of the key reasons we have struggled at home because the fans know it's the same set up, same players and same results.

That is the ONLY change we need.

And so have opposition managers

Not sure it is that straight forward.

Glasner is in Europe so it is difficult to really compare him to Moyes who is not in Europe and not in the cups. Personally don't want either. Would probably just about take Glasner because he is a different looks but that is not saying much. We need to look for a manger that wants to play modern footy. Moyes is not that atm with his lack of demand for pace or fullback play.

I’d love Glasner to come just to show how much of a massive blunder it is to yet again appoint someone with a track record of falling out with the board.

Glasner plays modern football

This is unironically what we should be doing. Maybe it isn’t Bournemouth necessarily but literally just copy and steal from one of these clubs punching above their weight.
With Brighton and Brentford it seems to be baked in. Basically unstealable.

Anyway, their models are to buy and then sell. Everton is a bit different in that it will resist selling young players that lift the standard if the can avoid it. It’s a different business model.
