I read Glaser ( as in utd owners, which probably isn't spelled like that anyway ).
Glasner did well after a notably rocky start. Lot of talent in that FA Cup team. Henderson, guehi, eze, Mateta Wharton etc. Must be gutted to hear the constant speculation around the players ( he's lost two of those already, Olise was before he joined I believe).
Esp as Europe piles on more games and even greater squad demands on what is still a smaller London club that like Fulham, West Ham, Watford etc, have all yo-yo'd in recent times.
So I feel Glasner has done very well, plenty of good smaller teams struggle during all the extra Europe games and travel. He's delivered a cup, players will be worth a lot, and they'll be ok in the prem this year.
Does he seem very 'everton '? For me, go for Poch, maybe even Ancelotti wouldn't mind another spin?
Why muddle around with managers in the same league berth as
Moyes. If so De Zerbi might get some better football out our forward minded players, and may view our full back positions as say, an opportunity.
Ireola or however you spell the Bournemouth guys name is a shout, too.
Fair enough, he hasn’t demonstrated that flexibility at Palace and seems to be unable to arrest the slide they’re currently on. I’m sceptical about whether our fans would allow him the patience to embed a system.
