Glasner an unknown quantity? Are you serious? A man touted for big jobs like Man Utd and Tottenham is an unknown quantity?Yes, sacking a known quantity for an unknown quantity who at best is a similar level is insane.

I wouldnt be using those two clubs as a model of managerial stability and sound decision making.Glasner an unknown quantity? Are you serious? A man touted for big jobs like Man Utd and Tottenham is an unknown quantity?
Moyes is Moyes we already know what we're getting. He's the typical solid manager who'll get you organised and win matches with his percentage football. Will he take us beyond that? I think we all know the answer to that. Glasner isn't a flavour of the month manager as he was highly regarded in Germany and has done great at Palace. Sure they're hit the buffers a bit this season but there's many reasons for this which are out of Glasners control (tiny squad which is having to manage the extra games in Europe) losing key players (Eze, Guehi and having Mateta wanting to leave) also the fact he's announced he's leaving means his players won't be putting in their maximum because of the uncertainty of their futures. I've not said we should replace Moyes now but in the summer I think we need to go in a different direction. Glasner wouldn’t do any worse than Moyes I'd be confident in predicting but my preferred replacement would be IraolaTake away the fa cup, would you look at him as perfect manager?
If someone else with Moyes record at West Ham was available we would full of people suggesting we get him… equally someone performing like Moyes is now for another club would be flavour of the month.
If moyes was doing badly then I accept that… but looking to change him now we are top half is insane. Especially for someone that fa cup win aside has been out performed by moyes
Still big clubs mateI wouldnt be using those two clubs as a model of managerial stability and sound decision making.
They won't be if they keep making daft managerial decisionsStill big clubs mate
Nope. Should we just stick with Moyes and his negative football then and have the same season again next season? Assuming other clubs don't strengthen (which they will by and large)Amorim and Frank also touted and got those jobs, should we get one of those in
They'll always be big clubs regardless just like we are despite the chronic mismanagement at the top over the last couple of decadesThey won't be if they keep making daft managerial decisions
Is it alright if I don’t want to spend a season and a half running in place? There are times when you guys make me laugh … the glasner
voters want to shed a manager who in 12 short months has changed everything for the better to a status which you would all have happily accepted last year . A manager who wears his heart on his sleeve and has Everton and its wellbeing in his veins . You want to appoint a talented but emotionally practically and experientially divorced from this club and its complex recent history.
Give your heads a shake … let DM continue to stabilise us for another season and a half then think about experimenting with someone else
You don’t deserve nice things

So another season like this? With a manager playing players out of position and turning down potential signings because they don't fit in with his quite limited views of playing style and tactics? We're not fighting relegation because we have good players! Grealish, Dewsbury-Hall, Ndiaye, Garner etc are all players who have attracted the higher placed teams or played for them recently. You're making out that we're totally rubbish player wise and only Moyes can get us where we are which I can't agree onWe need some stability and structure, he's doing just that, leave him for another transfer window and full season to give a solid foundation for the next man
This is the first season in how many that we're not fighting relegation, I know, lets sack the manager

I feel like that too but if he gets us Euro footy, that’s creating the platform to attract better players and a better manager, who might actually win a domestic trophy. I’d hang on to him for another season if it delivered that.Moyes has done well. We won't know how well for a year or two when the success of what we spent in the summer can be better considered.
The league table gives a little serotonin kick.
The blood pressure thanks him.
But for me personally, there's no hope with him. I become apathetic. I like to dream we could win a domestic trophy, and decades of Moyes tells me he'll never win one.
