His agent said, via Talksport, that it was done, it just needs signing off by Everton.

In hindsight, that now appears to have meant that Everton need to agree to a contract that possibly had a below par buy out clause, (in our opinion), meaning that if Bill/Mosh signed it off, Rom would off this summer for a buy out fee way below what we could actually sell him for on his current deal.

My thoughts anyrate.
