The shear number of coffee houses in Seattle. I have 5 options within 2 blocks of my place, and I don't even live in one of the denser areas. It's not so much the number of places, it's more about how are they all busy on a random Thursday at 2pm? What do all of these people do? They must do something, as this place ain't cheap to live in.
