But if you turn something off by accident, it is unlikely to be a problem unless it takes an age to switch on again. Which they do! In the old days, (albeit apart from valves) things came on and off immediately.

I think its for people in the gym, going for a run etc. I used to always knock off my old MP3 players back in the day that way.

True enough in regards to turning them back on.

Went on the train to Glasgow on Saturday, been a thousand time before thro' the ticket barriers, however had 2 attempts without success on this occasion when a member of staff came over to help, she took my ticket and fed it into the bottom of the machine not the ticket return at the top of the machine where I'd been trying,

Mrs LT was in tears laughing at the other side of the barriers, time to look for a carer me thinks.

Car parks, I mean ones you've never been in before. Ground level ones are usually ok, but those ones in like malls for instance. Trying to get out.

I feel sorry for anyone who visits Liverpool one car park for the first time, quite easy to get in, a different ball game getting out.
That’s once you’ve saved up the million pounds you need to pay the ticket.

Why GOT changed its format.
and
Why people sign up to GOT in the close season.
