I'm not going to give you another lecture T but with your health problems, the booster is more about protecting yourself than other people I would have thought. If you have no actual objection to taking it and no fear of needles or similar, it's better to err on the side of caution surely. Anyway, it's your choice obviously and I'll not mention it again.

Did you get the prescription for increased pain relief medication? Hope it helps give you a better life mate. I really do.

I'm not against it, I had mine when sent for, like I said to the nurse, I don't have a good excuse for it, just laziness and if my mental health isn't good on any given day, I tend to hide and avoid people.

I had extra amitriptyline las night, It'll prob take time but no different this morning. Walking to the docs was hard going right after I'd walked Daisy.

Just heard that the football agent Mino Raiola has passed away. Always sad to hear of somebody's death but I've never liked the control he had over players and their relationships with their clubs. Nor the amount of money he, and people like him, took out of the sport.

Still, only 54 so very sad for his family and friends.

Being a hoarder and a trdesman I had so much to move ,I filled 6/7 trailers ferrying and then the furniture van,my trailer again and my mates trailer who was helping us move the stuff inside .We weren't sure if we wanted a flat and I said I would get rid of my machines and tools to put my feet up but the wife decided on this house which is bigger than the last one !! Not sexist but Women's logic .
Of course now I have more space to collect .

Agree with your sentiments. His passing could make things interesting as to who goes where and gets what in the next few months.

He also seems to suffer from injuries quite a lot. I may be doing him a disservice there but he seems to be missing quite a lot.

But who else is there who is International quality. Bairstow? Buttler? Are they even captain material.?

Are there any outstanding captains out there that you would have in just for that quality. I don't know?
