Hi all a bit late coming on due to work load !!! It is around 20° here now so a quick post and off to soak in the rays .It is a Holiday here so not much traffic passing ,just the sound of the birds which suits us . Have a great day all COYB

This is Car Mill Dam, which I believe is the largest body of fresh water in Merseyside.
Difficult to capture the size in a pic as the dam 'dog-legs'

As a kid I used to use at least two buses to get there every Sunday and go fishing. I loved it and did it for years. I even gave a presentation ro the rest of the class while at school. Happy days…..
