To be fair it was about 9:30am on Chrimbo Eve, but it’s the IOM and the gym is a shed behind a garden centre, so it’s never what you might call heaving!!

I have never had the Danish version but yes raisins and almonds in the bottom ,was it a bit on the sweet side and about 20% ? If so it is the same

As you now know, I mustn’t have any alcohol and only drink tea or water in the pub. Anyway I had a bit of luck with the school Christmas prize draw.

I won a bottle of whiskey. You couldn’t make this up, but we all had a good laugh in the pub.

Happy Christmas everyone, hope you have a lovely day however you are choosing to celebrate. We’ve been to the Carols on the Green this evening. Think just about everyone in the area was there having a good time. Santa had sent one of his helpers along for the children and had also arranged for it to snow. A lovely way to kick-off the Christmas celebrations.

My lads are 12 and 8 and have never been the sort to get up super early, but chose this year to be up and down from 3:30am so I’m starting the day absolutely shattered! Hope Father Chrimbo brought me a can of Monster.
