Good evening all. I hope you've all had a good day. Frankie has gone home, all the prep I wanted to do is done so, as planned, Mr F and I are having a drink and party food.I've opted for toffee vodka and nosecco. Using alcoholic prosecco as a mixer seemed to be a step too far even for me! I do have to cook tomorrow..

. A really lovely day was had and I even had an hours snooze post lunch. Big day tomorrow again, 35 of us for lunch including kids. Everyone brings a dish over and it is one huge casual buffet with liberal amounts of booze. The guitars will be out by 5ish and it just becomes one big sing song.

Everyone has gone home, peace reigns once more and I’m shattered. I received a couple of books for Christmas so I’m just going to sit by the tree, read and enjoy the quiet.
I usually find it better reading the Karma Sutra in bed but each to their own I guess
Good mornimng all on this dull one here .I hope all fared well over the last few days and @jazzy 's blood pessure has returned to normal . Not much going on after all the eating ,perhaps we will eat some more ,if anyone mentions gammon I will not be responsible for my comments .
I wonder where Moyes thoughts are with Harrison and him returning ? We still have a hard game tomorrow being toothless ,where will we get a goal ?

Morning all, a bright and sunny Boxing Day morning. My present from son and family was a selection of goodies assembled in a hamper by our DIL. Ticket for fish and chip supper aboard the Nene Valley Railway, fudge, shortbread etc and this gem….
