Got it all happening today, grass cutters here, people cutting down trees everywhere.

It has definitely dropped in temperature, have got my dressing gown on during the day and I don't usually, makes me feel a bit ashamed not working and wearing a dressing gown during the day makes me feel a bit of a dosser lol I already feel people judge me not working. I wish I could, it's crap being home all the time and broke.

Tell you what don't half see a lot of roadkill these days, mainly seagulls and pigeons but saw a squirrel today, hedgehogs get squished a lot and mice. I don't think a day goes by where I don't see a fresh squish, not very pleasant.

Quiet in here today, everyone's on hols are they.

Don't feel bad about not working. I left work to be a stay at home mom for a while, but then couldn't go back due to my headaches getting worse.

And I'm not on hols. I live in the Entertainment Capitol of the World, so where am I supposed to go to be more entertained! lol *eyeroll

I absolutely agree with this! Southgate has favorites and he shouldn't. Maguire should have been dropped a while ago for performance, but also the off-field antics. He is NOT capitain material.

I think the UK and the US are not going to do well in the WC. Time will tell.

Starting to cool down back end of the week… got to be honest these 36 everyday for the last two weeks has come out of nowhere! Not complaining as we haven’t had a hot summer here since I’ve been in Botswana

I cannot unblock my nose, it is quite stressful lol Can't even go get a nasal spray as it's sunday ffs.

I have one of these but I used it wrong. I know what I did wrong so I might give it a try when I get some eggs.

So do you guys keep eggs in the fridge or not, what about sauces(ketchup/brown etc) fridge or cupboard?

Do you like chocolate cold or room temperature? I put everything in the freezer sweets and chocolate wise, last longer lol

I think it will definitely work better when you put eggs in it T.

I keep my eggs in the fridge but, if I remember, take them out and leave at room temperature for a couple of hours before cooking. Not sure why, it's just what Cal used to do. Some sauces, like tomato and brown, I just leave in the cupboard. Others, like chilli, BBQ, salad cream and tartare, I tend to store in the fridge once opened. They normally tell you on the jar/bottle when they recommend storing in the fridge.

You might try gargling warm salty water to clear your nose. Not too much salt, just enough to taste the saltiness.

I have chocolate both in and out of the fridge. Both taste good! lol Everything is in the fridge here - eggs and sauces that have been opened.

Yeah but your fridges are the size of some small houses over here V. Plus you have really hot weather so I guess that makes foods go off more quickly.

I didn't know you had small fridges there. Most of the US, if not all of the US, has about the same size fridge whether it's here or Alaska. Germany has the same size fridges as the US. Why do you guys have small ones? (I mean fridges that is lol)

If the gargling doesn’t work, try a bowl of very hot water, put a towel over your head and breathe in the steam. Add a drop of menthol E.g Vick if you have any.
