Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good afternoon folks. Busy morning. Did another double Sweaty Saturday/PT session at the gym. Today's challenge involved ' chest to floor' Imagine a body popping caterpillar and you might be close. I had no chance. The chest went to the floor but wasn't keen on getting off the floor! I'm dreading next week which is the last of the 4 sessions because each week the degree of difficulty and effort required has dramatically increase.

Quite windy here today but still warm. We have binned off the pub and are going to have a few drinks in the back garden.

An update on last night's thunderstorm trip to Tesco. Waited until the rain stopped. Got out of car. Between car park and shop was a small river. So I had to wade through it - ankle deep in my sandals!??
Love your posts ,straight from the heart .This one is a goodun the gist is you were rolling around the floor then it was quite windy .:)

Just back from the carnival which as predicted proved to be an expensive afternoon, granddaughters having spent their combined pocket money of £15 on two fairground rides each and one go on the Tombola then proceeded to empty my purse, There was a fly past by a Spitfire which always brings back memories of my Mum who loved to see them whenever they flew over her garden. Came across someone who was wearing an Everton polo shirt, said Hello introduced ourselves as fellow Blues and had a brief conversation, which was great. Kids went home with load of prizes which was good and the youngest screaming because she wanted some candy floss, which was not. lol.

Carnivals/Funfairs are such a rip off these days. I’m delighted that my two never seem to be attracted to them when in town.
