Thanks AT appreciate that. I'm plodding along, feeling a bit down but not depressed( you'll know the difference if you've ever had depression) Just get a bit sick of hurting all the time and I'm quite taken aback at how quickly I currently seem to be deteriorating though. I am pissed because I enjoy my walks out with Daisy and they're a lot shorter now.

Morning all, rainy here so a complete change in the weather today. Didn’t leave the house until yesterday evening when we went off to Ferry Meadows for a walk. Just off to give my brothers a lift to the station as they are on the TUC March in London and are taking the P’boro ASLEF banner, designed and painted my brother.
