I don't want it just to be Martinez leaving, I want that whole useless board to go with him.

I had to laugh at a joke on Facebook then from EvertonArentWe, 'Kenwright's search for investment has lasted two solar eclipses'.

The man is a fraud, he has oversaw our transition into a small club. He should have been gone after he couldn't get £30m together for the Kings Dock, a move which could have turned our fortunes around. He has failed in everything he has set out to do at this club, why should we put up with it any longer?

For those even considering they want Moyes back.

Benfica 5 Everton 0

Sporting Lisbon 3 Everton 0

Dinamo Bucharest 5 Everton 1

added to all those other things, like a manager should never go back, it's a massive no!

This is a red herring. Noone really wants Moyes back.

What they want is our current manager to be a step up on moyes and right now he isn't.

I said he was awful and after the 2nd goal was calling for him to be taken off.

However we're blaming one player which I think is both unfair and lets the others players and managers off with what I think was a shocking display by everyone except for Barkley and Lukaku.

Even Lukaku in the 2nd half started doing a Mirallas and was looking to do it all on his own - which is not a good sign if we hope to hold on to him.

Don't worry mate I'm not blaming Alcaraz for everything. Only Barkley, Lukaku and Osman can say they were anywhere near the required performance level. The rest of them were a shambles. How many times have we said that this season? It's.never just 2 players who play badly, we've had 7-8 per game. Who does that blame lie with? The manager. 8 months. Not a blip. Not a small rough patch. A whole season of the same mistakes 90% of the games with the same naive tactics and picking the same square pegs to fit into the same round holes time and time and time and time again.

Here is my way of thinking.

1) We scored 4 goals in a european tie, double the amount of their away goals and still went out because nothing was learned from last week. Kiev played no differently than they did at our place, but they had home advantage this time.

2) Poor team choices. Garbutt/besic/stones should be playing. Baines should have to earn his place back if Garbutt has displaced him, except baines walks back in and gives nothing at the end of the day. a defensive fullback, no matter how young may have had better awareness in the 6 yeard box for their goals. Oddly enough same thing happened with Joel and Howard has also cost us points.

3) No forward thinking, no change, no ideas. the same passing about outside the box that we have done all season and was booed out of goodison last week came back again as if nothing was learned. It reaped nothing, it put no pressure on kiev and they could counter like an away team to great effect. If our manager cannot anticipate and react to changes like that then how can he take us forward.

4) The substitutes were terrible once again. Good for him to keep ross on and take naismith off but they came on with no tactical ideas. Osman and kone were just told to attack, and neither them nor the rest of the team knew how they were playing with them coming on. Besic at 5-1 was just a waste, even though he is clearly far better than any of our other midfielders.

5) the fan base is so much against the manager now the board at any other club would be looking to change things. before last season when was the last time you heard boos like you have done over the past few months? Booing subsititutions, booing the players, and booing the man himself. I get the impression come christmas we will be looking back and cursing the board for not acting sooner.

How has he earned next season? If he was like this last season then we would have all wanted him gone then. But he wasn't which has earned him this season only.

You get a lot of teams have an upsurge in performance when they change the manager which we had last season but ultimately it doesn't last and they eventually find their level which worries me that this is now our level.

Do you want to be a two Bob club who change their manager every 5 minutes like West Brom? No we don't. We are that fickle and we aren't small.

Last night summed up this hideous season.

Having played well with an up beat tempo and a different style in the last 2 games, he decided to revert back to the same old tired, lack lustre and ineffective style that has seen us bomb all season.

Defensively awful, tactically inept and a crushing defeat for all concerned.

It just shows that he's always going to revert to type imo, the previous 2 games was him adjusting to the desperate position we were in and the stick he was getting from all corners. I've always said his stubborness would be his undoing, even before he came here, and I'm still certain it will.

One good seaosn, old bad season.

Gets a third to see which one he repeats.

Seems reasonable to me.

In the latest interview, RM does not blame the defence but states the goals were incredible finishing.

Don't know what game RM was watching but clearly he belongs in cloud cuckoo land.

There is a press conference today at 2.00pm. Bet he comes out with more blah, blah waffle, and uses the words incredible and phenomenal.
