The fact is that to mix it with the best in the Premiership and experienced European teams we need better players.

Alcaraz, Barry, Naismith, Atsu and Kone, Howard in the latter years of his career are not good enough for the levels we aspire too.
How many of those players for Kiev would you genuinely have in our team?

Our squad was good. We had a few weak positions but every team does however we had a genuinely top class striker and had a chance at winning that competition.

The Everton of last year probably would have won it.

Im actually thinking there should be a protest against the running of the club at the next home game.I would go as far as saying that any supporter who is unhappy with the current regime here at this club (both board and manager) and the way it's being run walk out of the ground at the 95th minute.I pick that number because 1995 was the last time we won a trophy.Maybe it's an insane idea but at least it's better than brown nosing the board players and manager after a miserable season like this.

5-1. [Poor language removed] we where hammered.

Yes, a poor night at the end but could have been so different if Ross's shots had been a couple of more inches to the inside of the post.

But one might add, poor team selection, poor subbing and poor tactics.

That's the thing

All these people defending him. Do you think he gives a crap for us? He's probably already got an exit strategy planned

This. People staying loyal to him as if he cares about any of us. He doesn't. We should only want what's best for the club, and he isn't best for the club. We shouldn't be kissing his feet as if we owe him something. He's not up to the job

better pick a minute that's sure to happen mate lol 5 min of extra time isn't nailed on

Can't believe this nobend played Alcaraz instead of Stones, Barry instead of Gibson/Besic, Howard in place of Robles. Voted out for the last four polls and cannot believe those who changed their minds after we beat the mighty NUFC.
Yeah i agree.
Barry, naismith and alcaraz were found out tonight.
First half naismith was just running around like a schoolboy
