Be brave and just own up to it, also give him to October that is big of you.
A chance will be to rebuild a squad over a number of years, it has to be over a number of years as we don't have the money to rebuild quickly like some clubs.
I would be more willing to listen to your points over RM if you were constructive, in the main you are damming over him so find it hard to believe what you say.
I like RM and have faith in him (could be blind faith :)) but not stupid in to standby him and say he has not been at fault this season. I think he has got so many things wrong this season were last season he got most things right, a fair few being down to his stubbordness.
My dislike of the season started in Lille and went downhill from there if being honest, and I can't wait to see the back of this season

So long as he doesn't spend money poorly this Summer, I think most people would be happy to give him to January to see if he's beginning to turn it round.

His major signings so far have been pretty good, Kone's the only one whose worth less than what we paid for him, so if he repeats that over the Summer then the worst case scenario is that he can't get the best out of our squad. If that happens, and a new manager has to be hired, then he can either work with what we have, or sell some of our better players to buy the sort of players he might prefer. In that case all we've lost by giving Martinez more time, is just time, the financial impact would be negligible or even nil.

I'm sure the board are looking at that way too and will have that in mind if the cheque book comes out this Summer.

In the main im being damning?

Have you even looked at the table?

Im funny me like, I give praise when its due = last season and I will damn people when its warranted = this season.

Weird that.
Weird that you can't be constructive or even grasp what it means
I have looked at the table, in my world a poor season that needs improvements, in your world sack the manager as he is clueless, a fraud, a Spanish clown.
As I said be brave and just say you want him out - it's what you want you just seem scared of coming out of the closet

Yes I want him sacked, I also want his house burnt to the ground, his wife kidnapped and sold to Eastern Europeans and his young child to be sold to African child stealers, then I want the FBI to plant drugs on him and see him locked up in a black site for the rest of his life.

Are you happy now?

Agree with this. There's a clutch of players at Everton that seem to fancy themselves as club legends, despite achieving virtually nothing here.

I thought Martinez would have cleared them out and brought in players better suited to his style, but to be honest, he doesn't seem to have any interest in the types of players that you'd expect to fit his supposed philosophy.

I'm not a fan, and I'll be glad when he's gone.
That's the bit I don't understand. He plays high tempo passing games but buys in players like McGeady and promotes the likes of Naismith.

Even Rom isn't exactly what you would expect but since he's the main striker I can understand that.

Next season we will a few games and then lose a few, be same old under Martinez. He is magician, last 2 results show what he's like, average, we will get some decent results and then a lot of bad ones!! Not good enough for me, we won't finish top 5 or 6 under him. He's one of that lads rather than a manager!

Not sure about the scenario that he has until October/November/December time to get it right now.

If we start next season in mediocre fashion, which is not an unrealistic scenario given recent form, there won't be great pressure on the manager even though many fans would be discontent. There is no way Bill is going to sack him unless we are in serious danger of relegation, which is unlikely.

Unfortunately we may be in for a season or two of 'not great but not bad either' which would mean the status quo remains intact.

Or in a word, meh.

If we get this Europa place I'm worried

Now we are getting to your deep rooted issues, it's good to talk and get these negatives thoughts out in the open.
I applaud your bravery, you will feel better for it in the long run.
Maybe give me a few positive points, as I am sure it will again help the healing process

“Sometimes, as a midfielder, you get in positions, but today was sunny, the grass was sticky and you can miss a pass and that can affect the next two or three decisions,” explained Martinez “but the thing I love about Ross is that whatever happens it never affects the next moment when he wants the ball.

Sticky Grass...that goes straight into the Top 10 of complete BS from brown shoes.
