I like that he's stubbornly refusing to withdraw back to the dark ages this club was dragged into under Moyes. It shows character.

Now Dave, that just ain't true.

Moyes didn't drag the club into the "dark ages".

We were in a very dark age already when he took over from Walter.

And when Roberto took over from Moyes, the club was in the High Renaissance compared to the Dark Ages that Moyes had inherited.

It looked like Bobby had led us into an Age of Enlightenment last season and I am trusting in you that he will get us back on the path of righteousness and light.

No reason to think this seaosn is the reality and last the mirage rather than vice versa.
Think there is, mate. What worked last year, he isnt doing this. If he was doing the same thing as last year with different results, then sure, maybe there is a blip. But he effectively abandoned everything boss of last year to the detriment of this year.

Certain people with agendas on here. You see them push it in every thread always arguing with people. Sometimes they make good points but a lot of the time you can see they are saying stuff that even they don't believe just to preserve thier idea. It gets more desperate and plot stretching as time goes on. Its akin to a bunker in Berlin with Adolf giving it the rethoric as the enevitable approaching Russians are partying hard above his head.

everyone just calm down...
can't decide if this represents our defense or trying to read this forum atm

Strangely, Martinez current win percentage (44.17%), is better than any Everton manager since Howard Kendall, (54.1%), and going further back the next manager with a better win percentage is Harry Catterick, (46.5%). Only 4 Everton managers have a better win percentage than Martinez, and they all won League titles.

What does it all mean? Probably nothing.

I have supported Martinez on several occasions on here, but just a couple of things he has said recently I am starting to doubt him.

The defending was not the problem on Thursday, he is the only person on the planet who thinks that

English premier league is at fault because we play too many games, he said we were prepared for the demands of Europe at the start of the season.

He should not take us Evertonians for fools and tries to pull the wool over our eyes, if he does the fans will turn very quickly, like what is happening now.

If Alcaraz puts a blue shirt on again then he should go

Just lol

This forum is atrocious...this thread is the worst part of it.

Internet weapons with a 'voice' who only post to inflame things further.

I wonder how many Blues are actually posting in this thread.

Anyone who really thinks that he's doing this should look into the mirror.
Are the fans who want him out now, where they looking into the mirror last season

My point being, if he comes out and is honest in his comments, he will carry more respect amongst Evertonians.

When we are [Poor language removed], come out and say it was not good enough and we demand more etc.
