If we can find someone daft enough to take on Barry's contract he should be out of the door with Distin, Howard and Alcaraz come the summer.

Mirallas will go, Coleman might, Lukaku will probably stomp his feet if there's interest from a CL club, Garbutt will leave on a free and I wouldn't be surprised if there's a number of offers for McCarthy.

Tha equates to a massive summer for the club and a huge rebuilding task, if Martinez is the one making the calls I have genuine reservations about his decision making, particularly with regard to defensive players.

The people in football know the players are quality though.
I bet louis van fats will be in for coleman he is class.
I don't know about ross somebody could take a chance because again he is quality
I think they're quality as well, just dont think teams would offer has much as we would want

I don't know what to think about Martinez, but I'll tell you what I find embarrassing - the fact that this poll says 70% of us want him out (the day after we've lost), the poll after Newcastle on Sunday (after we'd won) said 64% of us wanted him in and then the previous poll before that on the day after the Stoke game (after we lost) said 61% out.

Is that seriously the difference one individual result makes?

Embarrassingly fickle and goes to show how pathetically knee-jerk some people are

That's annoyed me almost as much as Alcaraz, Jags and Coleman last night.
I've voted him out in every poll over the last month except for the one after the newcastle game. Why?...
Because it would be stupid to fire a manager after we've won 2 games in a row!
Similarly, it is also stupid to drop a keeper after he's kept 3 clean sheets in a row, and that's one of the main reasons I want him gone.

Exactly, I want him gone, ASAP, but I cringe at anyone who was a solid 'get rid' until Newcastle and that game made them swap to 'Keep him' and then they decided that after last night it was time for him to go.

Utter cringe to anyone who voted Martinez in on Sunday and Martinez out last night
See my post above.

In fairness it's pretty stupid to fire a manager even after he has won one game. If you where going to fire him why would you wait until after the team win.

That poll should have been 100%.

Mate, Hull outspent us in the summer ffs.

We spent a big chunk of the money we made of sales last year too

Yes, Hull spent 3m more than us but to do that they had to sell Shane Long and George Boyd for 15m+.

We got rid of Gueye, Vellios and Duffy.

Martinez was able to keep all his best players and strengthen to the tune of 35M+.

It's not just the last two games mate, it's been going on since the Hull game: Large in and out majorities on a regular basis almost every other week. I honestly dont get how that occurs. You surely have to know you own mind by the Hull game and just back your own judgement. The evidence was all in by that point regarding how this season plays out. Apparently a lot of people see each poll as a way of venting steam rather than considering their former position.

And the season before we got rid of felli, chebes and jelevic for 40+ mil

Dreading Sunday I hope we batter QPR but just cant see it! All they have to do is sit back and hit our non-defense game over, whats more painful is watching this clown on the sidelines non plussed rehearsing his post match interview speech `clowntastic` `clown-enomenal`

I've wanted him gone since hull tbh.
I think it was fractionally before that mate, like 18 months.

Really don't want Martinez.....

1. Vitor perrea ( how ever it's spelt)
2. Internal
3. Harry redknapp
4. Roberto Martinez

Left laudrup out as impossible to get him.

That's how I currently stand but it does change on a daily basis!!

I really dont know why anyone bothers to represent themselves like that.

28m of that was spent on a player who was already in the squad so technically we only spent 7m on additions to last years squad
