Honestly, you're going to do yourselves a mischief. I fear for the sanity of some. It's a poor football season for Everton FC. Hard lines that, but there we have it. We cant have good ones every year. It isn't guaranteed. But no one was killed. We live to fight another day. Let's try to move on with a bit of dignity.

Fully prepared to give him another season. Summer transfers clearly didn't go to plan (bar Lukaku, of course).

If we get a good summer transfer window this time, getting rid of Distin etc. and signing talent (absolutely NO more Wigan players) then we'll be fine. If Martinez notices that Alcaraz needs to never play football again and Barry needs to be used very, very sparingly, we'll be fine.

I've seen the one before this latest one....when 2 out of 3 voted in favour of Martinez. But that was ages ago though...must be all of two days ago now.

CB unit needs sorting out. Two in I'd have this summer. Distin and Alcarez out; two in one bought, possibly get Browning or Galloway in the frame...but defo one very good purchase. I'd go for Van Dijk myself. Also we need a strike partner for Lukaku and a playmaker.

But the fans saw what a mess he made of last night and decided he is out of his depth.
5 relegation fights in 6 years says all you need to know about the manager.
He is just lucky the chairman is more clueless than him

My issue is WHY?? It can't be written off as just a bad season there has to be a reason for it. If the issues get addressed and he stays then fair enough but keeping him just because of what he did last year is wrong.

...but they did the same after the Stoke game then - hey presto - after the win against Newcastle it's the opposite result.

See what I'm driving at here?

That analysis comes after the season and by all the organisation not just the team and its management.

We need a serious sit down in the summer in order to determine what the fundamental cause was and to sort that out.

Stones -> Alcaraz
Gibson/Osman or Besic -> Barry
Gibson/Osman or Besic -> Atsu

So many changes he should have made at HT when it was abundantly clear it wasn't working.

The thing is a lot of fans thought we could have won the europa league and this was martinez's safety net,but the complete hash he made of last night has made fans realise he is a fraud.
