I have loved Everton for 10 years, an entire decade, for being only 23 thats almost half my life. For that decade I have never been so disappointed, this was our one real chance to prove we were something, to beat man city at home and wipe the floor with the kopite scum in god damn Wembley. Absolutely heart broken, not even putting the blame on RM, no one showed up to play past the typical first 20 minutes. Pathetic display all around, no one deserved to even be an evertonian today. These are the days I lose hope and fear that ill never get to cherish any memories and tell my kids of the glories before.

Was the ref biased when he didn't give Navas a stonewall pen in the first leg or award a free kick when an Everton player went through the back of Aguero which then lead directly to your goal? Ref was appalling tonight, but not in City's favour.
As for the comment about City not caring for the League Cup, it is demonstrably wrong. Pellegrini has always played a strong team and the reactions of the team at the end showed how much they care about it. Speaking as a fan I am desperate for any chance of silverware we can get. I spent too long watching us win [Poor language removed] all to not care.

Good luck for the rest of the season.
Hahaha ridiculous how was he appalling in our favor? Jesus give them a bit of money and they expect everything. Deluded sore winner to top it all off.

There is a part of me that wants to say to hell with all of this and start watching MLS. Martinez had me so excited now he has me ready to beat up small children at the local playground.

I don't know what to think, I just want to cry. I look forward and don't know what's going to happen. I sound like I've just gone through a break up.. But that's what Everton do to me on a weekly basis
It is heartbreaking but we'll be fine.
Easy to forget but we were brilliant first leg and we're capable of that. But how many fans would have expected such poor stuff from Rom and Stones in last few games. Young side. There'll be a lot more tears before they grow up.

Ok the 2nd goal should not had stood but we were beaten by a better side today. The team selection and tactics unfortunately played right into City's hands.

A top manager would jump at the chance to be here at the moment with this up and coming squad. Look who we are stuck with, the only chance of him going is if he resigns, but I think he believes he's doing ok so that won't happen, also the board would never pay him off. Also there is going to be a massive struggle holding on to our good players if we don't massively improve, which I can see us doing with him in charge.

Get used to it mate. The last glory we had was 21 years ago, in fact I think we're on our longest ever run without a trophy in modern times.
