I wouldn't be upset if we have kept the money back this season and spunk it on him in the summer. If we don't get him and we do have money then I am sure RM will find somebody else up to the job.

Can't see him going to the likes of Newcastle or Saints. Backwards step really from Everton. Only Prem team I can see him going to over us, would be Spurs. Wouldn't be surprised if he went to Spain, Italy or Germany. Hope he'll sign on a perm here though, but the price has to be right.

Yep i'm sure he has another Kone or Traore up his sleeves. He once signed Connor Sammon + Mauro Boselli didn't he? Can't wait to see who leads our line next season

Not at all. His ball control isn't good enough for our style of play, so why would it be any different at Arsenal?

I think it's amazing that people expect a finished product at 20. He's clearly got crazy levels of talent and things like ball control and reading the game will come. Arsenal could absolutely take a punt on him as a super sub for a year or two behind Giroud until he becomes the force that he can be.

Hope they don't.

His touch as he gets older and more experienced in the league will improve. He's an upgrade on Giroud imo and their others options are Bendtner + Sanogo. Adebayor did ok for Arsenal didn't he?

Gossip is that Giroud's wife has demanded a move back to France after his unclothed antics and Bentner is def not getting a new contract after his. Arsenal could well be looking for at least 2 strikers.

Doubt Jose will sell to Wenger though, especially at the price wenger will pay - real animosity between those two.
