Who ever said it's an evil plot? It seems clear you haven't really paid attention to much of what is being said by BLM and other groups regarding race in 21st Century Britain - it's not the old style 'no blacks, no dogs' stuff - it's a lack of opportunity, a lack of representation, amongst many other things.
You have literally said 'I don't know the ins and outs' but then in the same sentence tried to make a call based on that lack of knowledge.

"A survey for the Guardian of 1,000 people from minority ethnic backgrounds found they were consistently more likely to have faced negative everyday experiences – all frequently associated with racism – than white people in a comparison poll.
The survey found that 43% of those from a minority ethnic background had been overlooked for a work promotion in a way that felt unfair in the last five years – more than twice the proportion of white people (18%) who reported the same experience."
So basically the study finds that those from BAME background felt more aggrieved that they didnt get a promotion compared to white counterparts who didnt get a promotion.
I dont know how that shows racism - maybe as I pointed out earlier if you are constantly told since you were young that you will be prejudiced against because you are BAME makes these people feel everytime something doesn't go there way that its down to it being about race, whereas their white counterpart may just shrug their shoulders and put it down to bad luck or someone else done better on the day.
Im not saying racism doesnt go on but thats just evidence based on how someone feels not actual proof that those BAME were overlooked for promotion because they were not white.
In regards to Sol Campbell - he's claimed the reason why he hasnt gotten managers jobs in the past is because he's black but how does he know thats the reason? Especially when the likes of Hughton, Moore, Henry, Ince etc. Havent had an issue with this.
